All content posted by a user—whether a résumé, job advertisement, company description, or message—remains the sole responsibility of the user who published it. The user guarantees that they have the right to publish such content and that it does not infringe any copyright, contractual, or other rights of third parties.

Workland.me does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of information posted by users and does not guarantee that all job listings, profiles, or information are verified. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that we consider inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of the platform’s rules.

The platform provides a space for information exchange but does not participate in recruitment, hiring, candidate selection, salary negotiations, or any other elements of the employment relationship. All interactions between candidates and employers take place directly and at their own responsibility.
